Shipping And Delivery Options

Imagine it is time for your new puppy to join your family! You have waited a long time for this day and are super excited to meet your new fur-baby! It is our goal to make sure everything about your experience with us is as easy as possible and that includes how you get your puppy, whether you elect meet-up, delivery, or shipping!

Meet-Up Services

This is the option that most our buyers elect to use. We offer two different meet-up options:

Free Local Meet-Up: We offer a free local meet-up service up to 45 minutes from our farm for people who wish to drive to pick up their puppy, but do not want to come all the way to our farm. We will meet our buyers at a pre-determined location, which saves about 1.5 hours in round-trip drive time for our buyers.
Other Meet-Up Option: We also offer a meet-up service for people who wish to have us meet them part way, but further out than the free 45 minute free meet-up. With this option, we charge a fee based on the distance we will be traveling. Please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Services

We offer delivery services in our general region and sometimes out of our region. Our delivery fee will depend on many factors, including how far we will be traveling, if we will require overnight accommodations, etc. To request a quote for us to provide delivery, please contact us. Please be sure to include the location where you would like the puppy delivered and the date you would like the service provided. We will get back to you with a quote shortly.

Shipping Services

We provide shipping to most major cities in the continental United States. When we ship our puppies, we use Bach Flowers and Lavender essential oil for emotional support during travel. We find these natural products are very effective at reducing stress and keeping puppies calm during travel.

Our shipping fees will include a Health Certificate completed by one of our local veterinarians, a hard or soft-sided carrier (depending on airline requirements), and the actual cost of shipping the puppy. If you would prefer that we also provide a nanny service and accompany your puppy on the flight, your shipping fee will also include the cost of the nanny's ticket, a small care fee, and possibly lodging expenses for the nanny.

Because there are so many variables when it comes to shipping animals, we estimate that it will cost you between $600 and $1500 to ship your puppy. For a more accurate quote, please contact us with your destination airport and expected date of travel, etc. We will get back to you with a quote shortly.

Our Requirements For Shipping

We require at least 2 week's notice to ship your puppy. We have to have enough time to get your puppy a Health Certificate and make all the necessary arrangements with the airlines. If you plan to ship using our nanny service, the earlier you contact us to ship your puppy, the better price ticket we will be able to obtain, which will save you money.
Your shipping fee must be paid in full before we will make your shipping reservation with the airlines.
In some cases, we may only be able to ship puppies between 8.5 and 10 weeks old. Older puppies may or may not be able to be shipped. Please complete the form below if you wish to ship an older puppy and we will make some inquiries to determine if we can ship an older puppy for you or not.
We require that you have pet health insurance on your puppy before we will ship the puppy in case any issues arise during travel. You can select your own pet insurance company or you can accept the Trupanion Take Home Day Offer we provide that gives you 30-days of free health insurance. Either way, the insurance needs to be activated before we ship the puppy.
