More About Gumdrop

Gumdrop was the fourth-born puppy of his litter.  His weight was an average weight for a newborn Havamalt puppy!  He was nursing happily only 4 minutes after being born.  He  has been gaining weight steadily since birth, and is currently thriving!

At birth, Gumdrop was a predominately white puppy with several black spots.  He has a very large black spot that starts just left of his chin, covers his left cheek, surrounds his left eye and ear, and goes down across his left shoulder.  He has another black spot that starts just below his right eye, covers the right half of his right eye, his right cheek, and completely surrounds his right ear.  He also has a few small spots down near his tail. Because of the Havanese influence, we really do not know what colors the spots may be as he grows.  With his Mama being a Silver Havanese, they could be silver or black or cream or other colors!  After all, Havamalts are like a box of chocolates!  You never know what you are gonna get!

Gumdrop's collar color is orange.  Look for orange so you can easily identify him in pictures and videos.

Gumdrop's personality testing revealed that his personality type is Gentle-Cooperative with Sociable-Friendly tendencies.  This is exactly what we expected based on our observations of him with his litter mates and our family.
