More About Pixie

Pixie was the sixth-born of her litter and she was born at the small end of normal size for a newborn Havamalt puppy!  She was happily nursing from her mama only 8 minutes after her birth.  She  has been gaining weight steadily since birth, and is currently thriving!

Pixie was white with lots of black spots at birth.  Her markings are very unique and she is almost half white and half black.  It will be a lot of fun to see what she looks like as she grows up.  Because of the Havanese genetics, she may end up with any number of colors, but our best guess is the black spots will either stay black or turn silver like her Mama.  But Havamalts are like a box of chocolates!  You never know what you are gonna get!  

Pixie has a turquoise collar so you can easily pick her out in videos and pictures.

Pixie's personality test revealed that she is a Sociable-Friendly puppy with Bold-Confident tendencies.  This is exactly as we expected based on our observations of Pixie with her litter mates and our family.
